Tools we work with
Not a shop. This is the stack we actually reach for on client work, grouped by the partner network each one runs through, with the limitation we would warn you about before you buy.
Every link below is an affiliate link. If you sign up through one, the vendor may pay DXT Agency LLC a commission at no additional cost to you. That commission does not change what we tell you about a product, and it is why every entry here carries a stated limitation as well as a reason to use it. Full detail on the affiliate disclosure page.
PartnerStack
A B2B SaaS partner network. Most of the software below pays us a commission through it.
AdCreative.ai
Ad creative generationGenerates display and social creative variants from a brand kit. We use it to get a first round of creative in front of a client fast, then replace the winners with hand-built assets. It is a speed tool, not a replacement for a designer, and the output needs an editor.
Where it falls down: Output quality drops sharply outside common ecommerce and SaaS formats.
WhatConverts
Call and form lead trackingThe single most useful tool on this list for a Google Ads account. It ties a phone call back to the keyword that produced it, which is the gap that makes most lead-gen accounts impossible to optimise honestly.
Where it falls down: Adds a monthly cost per tracked number, so it is hard to justify below roughly 20 calls a month.
Leadpages
Landing pagesWhere a client has no way to publish a dedicated landing page, this gets one live without touching their main site. Ad relevance and landing page experience are Quality Score inputs, so this is usually cheaper than fighting a slow CMS.
Where it falls down: Another subscription and another place for a page to live. If the client's site can host the page, host it there.
Apollo.io
Prospect and market researchWe use it to size a market before recommending a budget - how many companies actually match the client's ideal customer in a given region. It stops the conversation where someone wants national coverage for a service that has 300 possible buyers.
Where it falls down: Contact data accuracy varies a lot by country. Treat exports as a starting point.
GetResponse
Email follow-upPaid traffic that arrives once and never hears from you again is wasted budget. This is a competent, affordable place to put the follow-up sequence when the client has no email platform.
Where it falls down: Each module is good rather than best in class. A business whose whole model is email should buy a specialist.
monday.com
Work trackingWe run client work in boards so a client can see what is in progress without asking. Useful mostly because it is easy for a non-technical client to read.
Where it falls down: Costs scale by seat and get expensive quickly for a small team.
Impact
A larger affiliate network covering both software and consumer brands.
Krisp
Call noise removal and transcriptionPractical rather than glamorous. Client calls get transcribed, so what was agreed on a call is written down and searchable. That has settled more than one disagreement about scope.
Where it falls down: Transcription accuracy falls off with strong accents and crosstalk.
Quo (formerly OpenPhone)
Shared business phone and AI answeringFor any client running call-driven ads, the phone is part of the funnel. A shared number means a missed call is visible to the whole team instead of sitting on one person's mobile.
Where it falls down: The AI answering agent is metered by credits. The allowance bundled with the entry plan covers only about ten answered calls a month.
Direct programmes
Run by the vendor themselves rather than through a network.
Systeme.io
Funnels and courses on a budgetThe free tier is genuinely usable, which makes it the right answer for a client who needs to test an offer before spending on a proper stack.
Where it falls down: You will outgrow it. Plan the migration before you build anything complex in it.
Landbot
On-page chat lead captureCaptures the visitor who will not fill in a form but will answer three questions. Worth testing on landing pages where form completion is the bottleneck.
Where it falls down: Badly configured chat costs you conversions rather than adding them. Test it against a clean form before keeping it.
