DXT Agency LLC is a Colorado limited liability company, file number 20268134603, formed on 10 September 2026. Our registered agent is Northwest Registered Agent LLC and our registered address is 1500 N Grant St, Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, United States.
We are saying so because you would find out in five minutes anyway, and because an agency that presents a shared registered-agent address as its headquarters has already told you something about how it handles facts. Our team works from Thanh Hoa, Vietnam. Being a Vietnam-based team with a US entity is exactly why our pricing works, and we would rather lead with that than have you discover it.
What we have done
We build and operate our own advertising systems. That includes campaign creation tooling written against the Google Ads API, automated account preparation, URL suffix and tracking-parameter handling across multiple partner networks, and the reporting that ties a click back to a commission.
We also run a group of independent review websites, which is where our affiliate operations knowledge comes from. Running both sides - the advertiser buying the traffic and the publisher earning from it - is unusual, and it is the reason we tend to spot tracking problems that a one-sided agency misses.
Certifications we hold
Dat Nguyen Van holds the following Google Ads certifications, issued by Google Skillshop. Each is valid for twelve months and is renewed by re-sitting the exam, so the expiry dates below are real deadlines.

What we have not done
We have not managed large enterprise accounts. We do not have a roster of named clients, because we are new and because the businesses we are currently advising are being advised free of charge while we build a public track record. We hold no Google Partner badge and we will not display one until we have earned it.

How we work with you
- Your Google Ads account is yours. Separate account, your billing, your data, your IDs on request.
- Fees are flat, agreed in writing, and shown separately from ad spend on every invoice.
- We put what we learn in public on the blog, with dates and sources.
- We tell you when we do not know something.
