Third-party disclosure notice
DXT Agency LLC is an independent third party that may manage Google Ads accounts on behalf of advertisers. This notice sets out what that means for you. It is linked from the footer of every page on this website.
We are not Google
DXT Agency LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an agent of Google LLC. Google Ads and Google are trademarks of Google LLC. We do not hold a Google Partner or Premier Partner badge and we do not display one. If anyone contacts you claiming to call "from Google" on our behalf, they are not telling you the truth - please tell us.
What you pay, and to whom
- Advertising cost is paid by you directly to Google from your own billing profile. It does not pass through us and we do not mark it up.
- Our management fee is separate, flat, agreed with you in writing before any work begins, and shown as its own line on every invoice.
- We do not charge a percentage of your advertising spend.
Your account, your access
- Your business is advertised from its own Google Ads account, not shared with other advertisers.
- We provide your Google Ads customer IDs on request.
- You may have sign-in access to your own account at all times, at the permission level you choose, and we will additionally send cost and performance reporting by email.
- You may withdraw our access at any time. We unlink and confirm in writing, with no handover fee.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee any ranking, ad position, cost per click, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, conversion volume, or revenue outcome. Advertising results depend on auction dynamics, competition, budget, seasonality and the quality of your offer, and no third party can control those. Any past figures we publish are historical and are not a forecast.
Complaints
Write to dat@defio.io. We will acknowledge within five business days. You may also report concerns about a third party directly to Google through the Google Ads Help Centre.
