Google Ads management
Audit, build, optimise, run. Priced as a flat monthly fee quoted separately from your ad spend, so the amount we earn does not go up when your budget does.
The audit comes first, and it is free
Before any engagement we go through the account and write up what we find. You keep the document whether or not you work with us.
- Conversion tracking integrity. The most common finding by a distance. Accounts routinely optimise toward an event that is not a real business outcome - a page view counted as a lead, a thank-you page firing twice, a form reporting a conversion when the submission actually failed.
- Wasted spend in the search terms report. What you actually paid for, as opposed to what you targeted.
- Account structure and exposure to platform deadlines. Which campaigns depend on features Google is retiring, and when.
- Bidding strategy against the data available. Smart bidding on an account without enough conversion volume is an expensive way to learn nothing.
- Landing page and ad relevance, because Quality Score is bought with relevance, not with bid.
It is not a sales document dressed as a report, and it does not end with a made-up figure for how much we will save you. If the account is in good shape we will say so, and you will have spent nothing.
Build
- Campaign and ad group structure built around how the business actually sells, not around a keyword dump
- Conversion tracking installed and verified end to end, including offline and call conversions where relevant
- Negative keyword architecture set before launch rather than patched afterwards
- Brand and location restrictions configured before broad targeting features are switched on
- Landing page review, and a dedicated page where the existing site cannot carry the traffic
Optimise and run
- A weekly pass on search terms, bids, budget pacing and asset performance
- A monthly written review: what changed, what it did, what we are testing next, in plain language
- Platform changes tracked and migrated ahead of forced deadlines, not after them
- Your own sign-in access to the account throughout, at whatever permission level you want
How we charge
| Item | How it works |
|---|---|
| Account audit | Free. No obligation, and you keep the document. |
| Management fee | A flat monthly fee, agreed in writing before we start and shown as a separate line on every invoice. It is not a percentage of your ad spend. |
| Ad spend | Paid by you, directly to Google, from your own billing profile. It never passes through us. |
| Notice period | Thirty days, either direction. Account access and IDs are returned on request at any time, including during a dispute. |
We charge a flat fee rather than a percentage of spend on purpose: a percentage model pays an agency more for spending more of your money, which is the wrong incentive to put between us.
Who this is not for
- Anyone who needs a guaranteed outcome. We cannot give you one, and a firm that does is breaking Google's policy to win your business.
- Accounts in categories Google restricts or prohibits. We will not take work that requires circumventing Google's policies or its enforcement, including misrepresenting who is behind an account.
- Very large accounts needing a full in-house team. We are small. We would rather tell you that than stretch and underserve you.
- Anyone wanting their campaigns run inside someone else's account. Google requires a separate account per end-advertiser, and your performance history should belong to you.
Before you ask us
How long before we see results?
Honestly: it depends on your conversion volume. An account with plenty of conversions gives the bidding algorithms something to learn from within weeks. A low-volume lead-gen account can take a couple of months before a change can be told apart from noise. We will tell you which one you are at the audit stage, and we will not put a number on it to win the deal.
Do you require a long contract?
No. Thirty days' notice, either direction. We would rather you stayed because the work is good.
Who owns the account and the data?
You do, always. Your business advertises from its own Google Ads account under your own billing profile. We ask for access, not ownership, and you can revoke it in two minutes. Details on the security page.
Are you a Google Partner?
No. The badge is earned against performance, spend and certification requirements that Google checks daily, and we have not met them. Using or imitating the badge without Partner status breaches Google's guidelines, so we do not display one.
What we do hold are individual Google Ads certifications in Search, Display, Video, Apps and Shopping, passed on Google Skillshop. Those show product knowledge; they are not Partner status. Dates and expiry are on the About page.
